why my baby is grunting so much during sleep. I am really worried. Can anyone give me a solution

A. its normal and no need to worry for that sometime its bcz of milk in throat hence burp ur baby properly after each and every feed keep hydration well exclusive breastfeeding till completing 6 month of age
