Sonam PrasadMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi dear Like the rest of the skin, nipple skin can become red and irritated. If a red or irritated nipple persists for a few days, see your doctor. See your doctor right away if a red nipple occurs with other symptoms, including discharge, a lump, or skin flakiness or peeling.
