why my baby has been poop like watery and white chunks continuously after feeding ?? how to reduce this immediately?

By stop giving milk to the child maybe your child is having milk energy and that is why your child is pooping like this so first of all the most important thing is to stop giving milk right now and please visit your doctor for further medicine and treatment
