Why my baby ( 4m running) taking less feed and becoming cranky before he used to take 120-150 ml of formula feed now he been cut down to half

A. dear mum as baby grow they become more aware about the environment and get easily distracted so feed in a calm place teething can affect if baby is passing urine 6 to 8 times in 24 hours is active alert and gaining adequate weight then feeding is sufficient feed on demand
