Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. cold is mostly flu infection where basically symptomatic treatment as required give paracetamol for fever and decongestantkvs like sinarest will help also give steam inhalation and hot saline gargles .

Sinarist 1ML can be given to the child to times in a day for a minimum three and maximum five days along with that also I can advise you to consult your doctor if needed and go ahead with giving indirect steam as well to Chai Achcha also going to be quite fruitful right now
