why my 9month old baby is not eating solid food he starts crying when we offer him solid food

Does he behave like this since you introduced to solids or is it been recently?
If its been since start then preferably add in flavours and avoid bland food, also add in variety.
If it is been recently then could be teething phase, in such their is loss of appetite,
