Why my 3 month old baby sweat so much specially head section even in feeding he sweat a lot

That’s usually because the body temperature of a child is hot from the time of birth itself which is why they sweat a lot and due to weather change also sometimes problem can increase which is fine as the age will progress things are going to be better so do not worry about it
