Ru Actually sure it is oral thrush only because a lot of time is the milk also can get accumulated on to the tongue of the child and it looks like trash only so just be sure about it and if it is thrush then you should consult your doctor once you’re paediatric dentist of the paediatrician would be able to give you correct guidance on that
