Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its knowxtn as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with management for dehydration ivs required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy2 years agoA. hello if the consistency and the frequency of the motion is normal then it may not be her problem otherwise if the frequency is more or it is watery then it would be better to check with your doctor and also make sure to keep your child well hydrated which can also be there reason
