Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. cold is mostly flu infection where basically symptomatic treatment as required give paracetamol for fever and decongestanmots like sinarest will help also give steam inhcalation and hot saline gargles .

This is basic allergies it has been continuous for your child it is definitely allergy and nothing else along with that also I would recommend you to get an allergy test done and go ahead with giving an anti-allergic to the child that’s going to be the right option to go ahead with
