why my 2 months of baby feel discomfort after mother feeding???

Author of questionMom of a 2 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. mam actually Doctor suggested me to use zerolac because my baby suffered with lactogen intolerance....but my baby didn't accept bottle feeding so I am continuing mother feeding...is that reason my baby feel discomfort???

always burp after feed
dont immediately put the baby on bed after feed..
give small feeds..
maintain gap between feeds..
