A. Hello dear parent! It is a normal finding in small babies, part of their playing. Nothing to worry as long as your baby is active and healthy, accepting feeds. Maintain a good personal and oral hygiene for your baby. Keep cleaning your baby’s mouth and hands frequently. Continue breastfeeding.
