A. Can be because of dehydration. Feeding the baby well and don’t keep the baby too warm. Cos of summer they might have dehydration fever

A. Yes Ma’am please go ahead with giving medicine to the child and also keep checking the fever for 5 to 6 hours if you see it is going ahead or it is still the same or rising then in that case you can repeat the medicine again
