A. It’s okay mothers feed is best whether it is watery and you dan focus on eating a balanced diet include protein in your diet seasonal fruits vegetables and add desi ghee to meals

A. That’s very difficult to say maybe you are consuming more of liquids over solid is any day so that would be a possibility and sometimes the consistency of milk and change due to various reasons it could be due to hormonal disturbance as well so I need to check with your lactation doctor one time
