Why majority of child specialists are not active at first cry parenting platform

A. Madam as far as I can see I can always see them active most of the questions I would rather see like about 80% of the questions are answered by the experts only only 20% questions are answered by the mothers and that would completely depend when you post a question whether the Dr is available during that time or not
