Q.

Why it is not recommended to give animal milk to babies up to 1 year ? If baby has no lactose intolerance can we start cows milk? What is the exact time for introducing animal milk?

A. hello mum it is not advisable to give any kind of animal milk to the baby because it is rich in proteins which babies or not able to digest easily at this age because their digestive system is not ready for that that's why it's advisable to started after completing 1 year
