Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr 4 m old girl5 years agoA. it s normal to hear baby s stomach gurgling sounds. as per what you have told this seem s normal and does not need any medications as for now . So just do not worry about this at all

Hi mom Maintain hydration Consult with your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Give adequate feeding Try to keep head up position while feeding Give adequate feeding Maintain hydration Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
