Why is my baby getting fever frquently in these 10days ! Its coming and going ! The temperature he is getting is 99-100.5 ! Wht should i do please help

A. I think it is viral fever which is white is coming and going as you mentioned like this it is a very common symptom of viral and nothing else for further assistance you can check with your doctor and if required you can get a blood test done
