why is my 6months old baby boy not passing motion daily I give him smuth syrup 3ml still he is not passing motion daily 3 days or 4th day he is passing pls help

ExpertDr. Gunjan BawejaPaediatrician3 years agoA. hello when baby us only on milk feeds then its normal for them to pass stool even once in 5 to 7 days and don't worry about it and will be fine when you start solids.
