Why is my 45 days old daughter putting her fist in mouth even after feeding.?? She is burping after every feed which means her stomach is full but again sucking her fist...

A. sucking the thumb this is a common habit in babies at this age as you notice restrict the baby remove the hand as if baby develop habit it will be difficult to Stop and baby may loss appetite
