Why infants don't poop for days? and what to do in this case? Will it affect baby's health?

A. i forgot to mention his age, he is just 58 days old (1 month 28 days old) In the starting, like 45-50 days, he used to poop 8-10 times a day, and now for the last 4 days he is not paasing his poop, so i am tensed.
