Why does the smell come from a 3 year old baby nose? I checked with the doctor.He said nothing to worry baby is fine

A. If everything is fine then smell should not come if it is coming then I would recommend you to keep the nose clean maintain proper hygiene and that’s it if you still feel the problem is there then you can get it examined with an ENT doctor once
