why does my 18 month old poop smells like metal but the stool looks normal, yellow in color

Maybe you’re giving something specifically in food that is why maybe the poop is smelling like this if you have any kind of a doubt about it you can always conduct a stool test for your child and accordingly they can advise you further as what’s meant to be done
