Q.
Why do my baby keep raising her belly up while on back and make grunting noises? Could it be due to constipation or is it a part of normal development?

In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is adcvisable to consult your doctor sco that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .
