It Can change up till the age of 6 to 8 months after that only it is constant but also I would like to tell you that the complexion of the child completely depends on the colour of the parents it’s about the genetics of the child if your child’s complexion is certain by 6 to 8 months that the child is going to take the same complexion that the parents have
