Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of a 12 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. you should clean the tongue of your baby using a finger finger silicone brush you should also clean it either by using a good clean and hygienic wet cloth wrapped up in the finger otherwise there is no such thing to worry
