Why cows milk is not introduce to baby upto 1 year? My mother used to give 2 teaspoon of cows milk in solid food? Is this a problem?

A. dear parent, mixing cow's milk in solid foods is not a problem. you can even use cow's milk to prepare recipes like porridge, kheer and give as milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. so, you can use cow milk even before 1 year.
