why child get swelling on lymphnodes frequently ?

A. It could be a genetic disorder also basically genetically these things happen I’m not saying it’s a disorder disorder but yes it’s probably from the forefathers or it’s genetically something that the child is having such a common thing to be seen with lot of kids
