Why baby is so cranky in the beginning of 4th month

A. Babies are often cranky in their first four months due to hunger, tiredness, and general discomfort from things like a wet diaper or gas. They may also be fussy because of colic, overstimulation, or simply needing more connection with a caregiver. Additionally, a biological sleep "regression" can occur around four months as babies' sleep patterns mature, leading to more frequent night wakings and difficulty settling to sleep.

A. Teething may have to happen as a lot of parents do not know that it can happen any time after completing the time of three months so maybe the crankiness that you are mentioning could probably be associated with the same you can check the gums for better clarity
