why babies make lot of noise when they are asleep? can I feed him suvarna prashan drops?

These drops can be given after the age of one year and what kind of noise you’re talking about usually this nor a little bit which is common with them apart from that if you feel there is some another sound of it if it is disturbing sound that you feel and consult your doctor once
