why are my baby's finger tips dark? this is on all the 10 fingers...pic attached for reference

This is a natural colour for the child I think sometimes this is very natural for a child but with age it is going to be better still if you want you can check with your doctor as if there is due to any nutritional deficiency they can start with a supplement as well
