why 7 month old baby's poop is black in colour

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. the colour of stool can be black due to iron supplements you might be giving to the child or it may be black due to formula milk you might bez giving or it might be dark in colour naturally. if the consistency of the stool is semi solid to solid there is no need to worry about the colour of the stool. if in confusion you can meet your doctorx for clarification

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. If you giving any kind of iron supplement to the child and that can turn the motion colour of the child to complete black so that is completely normal the child is passing motion because of an iron supplement that you are giving to the child
