There could be number of reasons behind it maybe the child is not liking the taste of the milk maybe the child doesn’t like to have milk so they could be number of reasons this way I cannot predict what maybe the reason but I can’t tell you if the child doesn’t like to have milk then you should give more of dairy products to the child
