shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mum this can be because of the dryness on the skin of the baby you can initially apply virgin coconut oil on it is still there is not a difference and this can be skin allergy or Eczema or can be due to the deficiency of the calcium in that case you should consult with doctor
