gently massage the gum pad area with clean finger tip.
give your kid chilled silicon based teething rings to chew on

Not all the kids but let me tell you having lose motions having loss of appetite and a lot of times you would see the child is having fever also all these things are common to be seen during this time but it doesn’t happen necessarily to all the kids so right now you can start with tablet number 21 under homeopathy that will be helpful
