Hey Mom while starting solid food you should start with Rice and dal water, Vegtable purees ,Boiled and mashed potato,sweet potato,carrot, Pureed vegetables and fruits, porridges of raw or ragi ,mashed banana ,chicoo..start with 1 spoon 1 time in a day and gradually increase.Always remember a 3 days rule before introducing new foods like when u start with something continue the same food for 3 days and see if the baby is comfortable with that food and then you can introduce a new one.

after completion of 6 months age ,you can start giving semisolid food to your child.
but at start ,as Child is not used to of top feeds , it is advisable to give liquid diet like dal Pani, rice water which is easy to digest.
