Q.

while pumping am geting some blood with milk shall i continue to feed this milk to baby or discard this milk

A. No then you should not have the blood is coming in the feet there is no point feeding the child in fact you should get yourself checked by your doctor to know why blood is coming and what’s going to be the right solution to the problem that you are facing
