while passing motion my baby has pain.what should be given.is this gastric problem.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. yes this can be d lIt is quite natural small babies will be having lot of gas and there will be pain in stomach also please do burping of the baby after feeding give Colicaid drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day this is safe medicine
