Q.
while im walking she is in my hand. she pushed backward, the wall edge beatenon her head. suddenly we used ice pack. slightly reddish. from that 2hrs she played and cried. paining time she cried a lot. now she calm down and slept. need to concern doctor.

it appears that you are child is having some type of muscle spasm which is causing pain. you can give paracetamol or any type of painkiller as well as give rest to that muscle movement and also can apply hot water bag to decrease the spasm and it takes around one week to improve.
