Q.

while feeding my child ( 2 months old) stomach is making some noises...is it normal or due to gas problem...we usee to burf after each feed..then also she got gas issue

A. it's common due to gases. Post feeding burping is importan. To help expel gas from tummy. Practicing tummy time will help. Massage on tummy in clockwise direction. Apply hing paste around navel
