while crawling my baby suddenly fell upon her nose and a little bit of blood came out of her nose. should I go the the doctor immediately or wait

First of all, make sure that the blood is stopped by holding over the area of bleeding tightly and also give some gap for the baby to take a breath. Reassess and if the bleeding seems to be a lot are there is a lot of swelling, then consult a doctor

Maybe the child fell hard on the face which is why blood had come just monitor for another 24 hours if you see that you know bleeding comes again or sudden vomiting or any sudden discomfort which you don’t find right then you should immediately visit your doctor
