Which yogurt will be advisable for 11 months baby nd Aug 17 she’s turning 1. For weight gain ? Nd can I give sweet potato around 5 for her.

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, you should give fresh homemade curd to your baby. Avoid flavoured yoghurt. Homemade ones are the best.
You can give sweet potatoes to your baby. Also give variety of seasonal vegetables and green leafy vegetables.
