which types bottles should be used to feed baby. plastic (bpa free) or glass one. please suggest. i m using philips avent (plastic) for my 3 mnths old son.

Firstcry user8 years agoA. Bottles made from Polypropylene (Plastic like material only) are mainly used to manufacture feeding bottles. These bottles are light weighted and BPA free and are clinically tested for no causing any harm to the baby. These bottles can be sterilized easily without the fear of melting or cracking when exposed to hot water. Glass bottles are bulky and heavy for the baby to handle, the baby may get hurt from a Glass bottle while feeding, as they tend to play or throw away the empty bottle once it is empty. Philips Avent is a reputed brands for feeding bottles and you can continue using the same. ABGuardian of a 8 yr 1 m old girl7 years agoA. Try "Camera" brand of glass bottles. you can replace it's nipples( which are not so good) with Pigeon Flexible nipples and go completely plastic free.
