Q.
which type of milk to give 2 years old ? I mean I know it's whole cow milk but I always worry about adulteration and other things like cow being injected with hormones etc

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. Kids this age don't need special toddler milk or formulas, which contain added sugars. Toddlers can get all the nutrition they need by drinking cow's milk or a fortified soy drink and eating a variety of solid foods. When your child is 2, you can switch to low-fat or nonfat milk.
