Variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables.
You can give eggs and non veg foods.
Add nuts like almonds, walnuts to baby’s diet.
Continue to breastfeed and give milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.

U Should give proper 3 m to the child breakfast lunch and dinner and the food menu is just going to be the same what you are eating you do have to know that after the age of 10 to 11 months there is no specific diet plan that will have to follow you should always try to give the regular food we are eating on an every day basis
