Hello ma’am Rice Dal water because that is the lightest to give then you can start giving porridge khichadi mashed banana mashed potato vegetable soup vegetable purée pumpkin soup all kind of fruits and specially all seasonal fruits. Apart from that you can give Suji Kheer Upma oats ragi Paneer cheese curd all these things from the very beginning itself
