fresh fruits and vegetables,
iron rich foods like dry fruits, green leafy vegetables, meat fish chicken
protein foods like egg, soya, pulses, beans, low fat milk and its products
whole grain
have good intake of fluids and water
increase 1 to 2 portion of healthy food as compared to before
avoid junk high sugar fat and processed food
control intake of traditional high fat and sugar lactational foods like panjiri ladoo especially if weight is on higher side
have healthy fats from flaxseed, nuts,
have small frequent meals
avoid late night snacking
