which type of food and fruits..should have to 1 years baby.

A. Dear mum, for 1 year old baby, you can give all family foods the way you prepare at your house. This includes all seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables, eggs and non veg foods, dry fruits like almonds, milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. You can give fruits like apple, banana, papaya, pear.
