which type of breast pump is good

A. if you are pumping more than 2 times a day, go for electric ones. i used trumom before which was pretty okay and economical. but it is only single pump so it is time consuming. now i switched to spectra s1 (hospital grade). it is cheaper yet more powerful than medela and is very popular abroad. if you are pumping at work, go for double pumps, saves time by half.

A. Depends on how many times a day you want to use.... if usage is once a day you can manage with manual one but if you need to express frequently I suggest go for electric one... I suggest go for Philips avent/ medela brand ....
