ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician5 years agoA. you can make nirmal ripped banana puree for ur 6 month old. Start by offering small amounts of solids once a day.. preffer day time to feed. Follow three day rule. Breastfeeding or formula feeding should continue alongside the solid foods, as they still form an essential part of the infant diet till 1 year. Give vegetables (eg pumpkin, potato, sweet potato, carrot puree) fruits (eg cooked pears/apple, ripe banana) . Moong Daal water, rice kangi. Ragi porridge, rice porridge.
